Cook two 10-oz packages of frozen broccoli; drain. Melt together one can of cream of mushroom soup, one package of garlic cheese and 2 tablespoons chopped onion. Pour over broccoli. On top, sprinkle on one can of crisp onion rings. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. A real crowd pleaser! makes 8 servings.
