Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
(Note- I tend to use a little less of the spices
than suggested and add more up to the recommended
amount to taste)

In small bowl combine spices and a little salt and
pepper. Roll chicken in chili mixture to coat each piece. Rub spices
in to meat and wrap each chicken strip with bacon.

|
Gently roll bacon-wrapped chicken in brown sugar until coated or pack
it on by hand. Secure bacon with toothpicks if necessary.

|
Arrange prepared chicken on greased baking rack set over a cookie
sheet or broiler pan to catch juices. Bake for 20-25 min. until
bacon is crisp and chicken is cooked. Broil for last few minutes to
crisp up bacon if necessary.

Garnish with chopped parsley or cilantro. Serve hot.
