     Mini Quiches

Servings   12 mini muffins
Ingredients
1 pkg Nasoya Round Wraps
1/2 Cup cheddar cheese - shreded
2 TB bacon bits or crumbled bacon
2 TB green onion- finely chopped
2 Large eggs
1/3 C half & half
S&P to taste
 
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spray mini-muffin tin with non-stick cooking spray.
Press wraps into each space. Fill evenly with cheese, bacon, and onion.
Beat half & half with eggs and pour over mixture in tin.
Bake for 15 min until golden brown.
