     Crystal Salad

Ingredients
2 packages lemon jello
2 cups hot water
1 1/4 cup cold water
Medium can crushed pineapple - save juice - can about size of sweetened condensed milk size
3 bananas - sliced
1 1/2 cup miniature marshmallows
1/2 cup sugar
1 Tablespoon four
1 egg, beaten
 
1 cup pineapple juice
1 pkg dream whip - whipped

Instructions
Mix jello, hot and cold water. Cool in fridge - get syrupy - not watery or firm. Once cooled, add pineapple, bananas, and miniature marshmallows to jello. Cool completely - set before you put topping.
Topping- Take sugar and 1 tablespoon of flour in saucepan. Add one beaten egg and stir. Add pineapple juice. Mix together. Cook over medium heat - stir constantly - until thickened. Cool down completely.
Whip Dream Whip according to directions. Mix with cooled pineapple juice mixture. Spread over set jello.
