3 lbs lean ground pork usually from Safeway
2 medium onions chopped fine
3 gratted carrot
oregano (1/2 tsp)
garlic (4 fresh cloves)
parsley (1/2 tsp)
basil (1/2 tsp)

cook meat until not pinked then cook onions then put back in a pot with enough water to cover. Simmer 3/4 of an hour and then thicken with bread crumbs- put a little bit in at a time until in thickens.
Dough is pastry dough the one on the back of the tender flake pkg need bottom and a star for the top. don't cover fully like a pie
cook until brown. 375 degree oven.
