1 package regular jello OR 1 package instant lemon pudding
Topping
1 cup powdered sugar
2 tablespoon butter
1/3 frozen orange juice - concentrate
OR
2 cups powdered sugar
juice and rind of 2 lemons
Instructions
Mix ingredients and bake in 350 degree oven in 9 x
13 pan. Take out and punch holes in the top with
long-tined fork.
Immediately pour over the cake the topping while
cake is hot.
