Combine potatoes and salt in 1 1/2 quart casserole. Add cream; dot with butter. Bake, covered, at 350° for 1 hour. Sprinkle with cheese; bake until cheese melts, about 3 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
Note- Dont scrimp on butter or cream. Treat yourself to the wonderful calories.
