1 beef bouillon cube, dissolved in 1/2 c boiling water, cooled
1 onion, sliced and separated into rings
Oil for deep-frying
Instructions
Mix pancake mix, egg, oil and cooled bouillon. Dip onion rings; drain a moment and fry in about 1 inch of oil, heated to 350° Turn once. Fry until golden. Drain on paper towels.
