Place chopped walnuts in a large buttered cookie sheet. Bring sugar and butter to a boil in a heavy skillet. Boil, rather fast to a hard crack stage. Pour over the walnuts. While still hot, break the Hersheys bar into pieces and place on top of the hot mixture. Cool; break into pieces. Stores well.
