     Green Chili Souffle

Ingredients
10 eggs
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 container cottage cheese 16 oz
8 oz shredded jack cheese
8 0z Shredded pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup melted and cooled butter
7-8 oz diced green chillies
 

Instructions
Blend eggs and dry ingredients. Add cottage cheese and butter and other cheeses and chilies. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes in a 9x13 pan. Browned lightly on sides and bottom. Toothpick comes out clean.
Easy to make ahead of time then take out and microwave to warm back up.
