Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.
In electric mixer add peanut butter, sugar, butter, vanilla, and salt until mixed well.
Use cookie scoop to make balls and place on paper. Place in freezer for 15 min. to harden.
Melt chocolate and coconut oil in micro. wave for 1-2 min. on 50% until you can stir and blend well.
Dip each ball into chocolate using a spoon, place on wax paper to dry. Store in air tight container.
Problem--- if ball are to sticky add more sugar.
if ball are to dry add more peanut butter.
