     French dip sliders

Ingredients
2 tbl unsalted butter softened
1 pkg hawaiian sweet rolls
1 pound deli roast beef,rare
12 slices provolone cheese
1 1/2 C French fried onions
8tbl unsalted butter
1 packet Au Jus seasoning mix
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tbl sesame seeds
 
3/4 tsp dried garlic
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp seasoned salt

Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350
Butter the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish with the softened unsalted butter Without separating the rolls, slice the package of rolls in half. Place the bottom half of the rolls in the baking dish. Top with 6 slices of provolone, roast beef,french fried onions,remaining 6 slices of cheese and the other half of the rolls.
In a small bowl, melt the butter in the microwave. Mix in 1 tbl of the Au Jus mix, Worcestershire sauce, sesame seed, dried garlic, onion powder and the seasoned salt. Whisk until wee combined
Top the rolls evenly with this mixture.. Bake about 15 minutes or until the cheese is gooey and the tops of the rolls are golden brown. Remove and cut the sliders with a very sharp knife. While the sliders are baking mix the remaining au jus with 2 cups of cold water, whisk and bring to a boil and then reduce heat and allow to simmer. serve with sandwiches
