     Slow Cooker Blueberry Overnight French Toast

Ingredients
1 c. lightly packed brown sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
12 slices of bread
1 & 1/2 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
5 eggs
1 & 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
Mix brown sugar, butter, and cinnamon to a paste. Spray slow cooker with cooking spray and sprinkle 1/3 of the brown sugar mixture into the bottom of it.
Layer half the bread into the slow cooker and sprinkle all the blueberries on top. layer the remaining bread on top. Use brown sugar mixture on all bread slices.
Large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, vanilla & slat and whisk to mix. Pour over bread layers and press down. Refrigerate at least 2 hr up to overnight.
Cook in slow cooker on low for 4 hours.
