     Corn Chowder

Ingredients
2 cans (15 oz. each) whole kernel corn, drained
1 onion, chopped
2 c. milk
3 potatoes, peeled and cubed
2 c. chicken broth
1/3 c. butter or margarine
 

Instructions
Place corn, potatoes, onion, and broth in slow cooker. Stir to combine.
Cover and cook on low 7-9 hours. Let cool slightly (10 minutes)
Puree half the batch in blender. Return to cooker and stir in milk and butter. Cover. Cook on high 1 hour.
