     Slow Cooker Three Cheese Broccoli Soup

Ingredients
1/4 c. butter
1 large onion, chopped
1/4 c. flour
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
1 carton (32 oz.) chicken broth
1 bag (14 oz.) broccoli florets, thawed
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp salt
8 oz. prepared cheese product, cut into cubes
 
1 & 1/2 c. shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded parmesan cheese

Instructions
Melt butter over medium high heat. Cook onion in butter for 4 minutes. Stir in flour. Cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Stir in milk until smooth. Stir in broth, broccoli, pepper & salt.
Cover, cook on low for 4 hours or until bubbly.
Add cheese to slow cooker, stir until melted. Add 1 & 1/2 c. cheddar cheese and the Parmesan cheese, stir until melted.
