Parmesan Pesto Tortellini Recipe

Ingredients

	19 oz. Frozen Cheese Tortellini Bag
	2 cups fresh basil leaves
	1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
	2 cloves of garlic or 2 tablespoons of minced garlic
	1/2 cup olive oil


Instructions


Cook tortellini as instructions state on bag


Meanwhile, in a food processor, blend basil, parmesan cheese, and garlic until well blended.


Slowly add olive oil to food processor to mix with pesto mixture


Drain tortellini and pour pesto mixture over tortellini.


Serving Suggestions

A nice piece or two of fresh homemade Italian bread!
