     Raspberry Crumble with Butter Cookies

Ingredients
9 oz fresh or frozen raspberries
5 Royal Dansk Butter Cookies crushed
1 oz marzipan or almond paste
1 oz butter
 

Instructions
Turn on the oven at 450 degress farenheit. Distribute the raspberries in 4 oven-proof baking dish or put it all in one dish instead of 4 separate dishes
Crush 5 butter collies and mix with the marzipan and butter with your hands until you have assembled the crumble dough, which should be distributed on top of the raspberries.
Bake in the middle of the oven for approximately 10 mins. The berries will only be slightly baked, and will therefore still be fresh when bitten into.
If you wish for the berries to be softer, leave in the oven for a couple extra minutes. Remove the Raspberry Crumbles from the oven. Let them cool off slightly.
Serving Suggestions
Serve warm with a little sour cream. Whipped cream or ice cream can be substituted for sour cream.
