Preheat oven to 325F. Paper-line 24 muffin cups.
Place one piece of cookie dough in each muffin cup
and bake 10-12 min or until cookie has spread to
edge of cup.

Beat cream cheese with milk, eggs and vanilla in
medium bowl until smooth. Pour 3 TB cream mixture
over each cookie in cup. Bake for additional 15-18
min or until set.

|
Do not remove from pan.Cool completely in pan on
wire rack. When cool, top each with 1 TB pie
filling and chill for 1 hour.

|
Makes 2 dozen servings. Remove paper lining to
serve if desired.
