4 lbs. Ground Beef

1 Onion, large, chopped
|

2 Green Peppers, chopped
|

3/4 sleeve of Saltine Crackers, crushed

3 Eggs, beaten
|

Oregano, to taste
|

Salt, to taste
|
|
Black Pepper, to taste
|
|
Buckshot, farm ready (optional)

Instructions |

Mix together ground beef, eggs, crackers, onion, green peppers, oregano, salt and pepper (buckshot
will already be in the farm-raised ground beef).

Press the meat mixture into a loaf pan.
Top with ketchup.
|
|
|
Bake at 350 degrees for one hour.
|
