     Artichoke Dip

Ingredients
13 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and quartered
1 cup mayo
1 1/2 cup grated parmesan
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
4 oz. can chopped green chile peppers
1 jalapeno (optional)
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl mix artichoke hearts, mayo, 1 cup parmesan, cream cheese and green chili peppers.
Scoop mixture into a medium baking dish. Top with remaining parmesan. Bake for 45 minutes or until bubbly and slightly browned. Broil last 5 minutes.
Serve warm with crackers or tortilla chips.
