2 cups flour (or 1/4 c. less flour plus 2 Tbsp cornstarch)
1 tsp. salt
4 tsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. white sugar
2 eggs
1 1/2 warm milk
1/3 cup butter, melted
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Instructions
In a blender, mix together wet ingredients. Add
dry ingredients.
Preheat waffle iron to high heat.
Pour the batter into preheated iron. Cook the
waffles until golden and crisp (5 minutes on
max heat.
