Ingredients for “My Favorite White Bread” recipe
Sharp cheddar cheese, grated
 

Instructions
Prepare “My Favorite White Bread” dough or another white bread dough recipe of your own choosing.
Take the amount of dough for one loaf and roll it out into a 9x12 inch rectangle. Cover the dough with grated sharp cheddar cheese. Roll up the rectangle starting at the short end, into a very tight cylinder. Pinch to seal the seams and the ends, Tuck the ends under the bread and place in a greased 9 inch loaf pan.
Rise till double, about 30 to 45 minutes. Cover top of loaf with grated cheese. Bake at 400 degrees about 30 to 35 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
Slice thinly, toast it and butter it. Enjoy!
