     No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
1 cup dry oatmeal
2/3 cup toasted coconut flakes
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 cup ground flax seeds
1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
1/3 cup honey or agave nectar
1 Tbsp chia seeds (optional)
1 tsp vanilla extract
 

Instructions
Stir together all ingredients and form into bite sized balls. Refrigerate for up to a week or freeze until ready to eat.
