* prepare crust in deep dish
|

* thaw spinach and squeeze out all liquid, set aside.
* saute onion until tender
|
|
|
* beat eggs in large bowl; mix in remaining ingredients.
|
|
|
* poour into crust and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees (quiche is done if toothpick comes out clean after inserted in middle)
|
