Instructions
For the chicken-
Massage olive oil and Cavendar's seasoning over chicken and marinate
for at least 20 minutes, grill then let rest for 10 minutes. Cut into
bite sized pieces.
Assemble bowls to your liking with the rice, chicken, arugula,
cucumbers, green pepper, tomatoes, onions, olives, pepperoncini's,
capers, feta, vinaigrette dressing and Greek yogurt. Squeeze lemon
juice over top.
