On high to med/High heat bring mixture to boil. You must stir
often- especially bottom of the pan so the corn doesn't
scorch.
|

|
Turn down to me/high and boil for 10 minutes, stirring often
and until liquid becomes clear.
|
|
|
Cool corn well before putting into freezer bags.
|
|
|
Be sure to clean your cooking kettle well between batches
so the sugar doesn't stick to the bottom and scald.
