     Fried Green Corn

Ingredients
5 ears fresh corn
3 tablespoons unsalted butter
salt
 

Instructions
Shuck the corn and carefully remove all of the silks. Using a sharp knife, cut the corn kernels from the cob.
Melt the butter in a heavy-bottomed, non reactive skillet over medium heat until hot and foaming. Toss the cut corn into the skillet and stir well to coat all over with the butter. Sprinkle salt over lightly and continue cooking, stirring often, until the corn is tender, about 5 to 7 minutes.
Salt to taste.
