     Beef and Shell Bake

Ingredients
8 oz. Creamette Shells
1 lb. ground beef
1 1/4 cup celery, diced
1 28 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 6 oz. can tomato paste
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon oregano
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F. Prepare shells, drain. Cook beef, celery, and onion, drain. Add tomatoes with the liquid, tomato paste, and seasonings. Simmer 5 minutes. Combine with shells, put into 3 quart casserole. Top with cheese. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
