Mix scrambled eggs, 3 cups tex-mex cheese, chopped
onion, and salsa and divide evenly among the
tortillas adding one heaping Tbsp of Sourcream to each
tortilla. Then roll each tortilla and place seam side down
into a 9x12 lightly greased baking pan. Bake in preheated
oven at 350° for 10-12 min. Remove and sprinkle
remaining cheese across tortillas.
