In a small bowl, beat first 5 ingredients.
Take 2 slices of ham and spread about 2 Tblsp of
cream cheese mixture. Top each with another slice of
ham and repeat till you have 4 slices of ham. Leave
top slice plain. Continue until used up! Wrap in
plastic or place in covered dish and refrigerate up
to 4 hours. Cut each stack into 1-inch cubes and
serve.
Nutrition facts- 3 cubes = approx 56 calories. 4g fat,
12 mg cholesterol, 199 mg sodium, 1 g carbohydrate, 3 g
protein
