Boil hot water in a large pot. Add to IP. Press
saute on high until water boils. Add boba and stir
until boba floats.
Place lid on IP. Seal on low pressure, normal
setting for 12 min. Quick release. This will give
you boba with a slight chew.
Drain and immediately wash boba with cold water
to stop cooking process. Add in bowl with some
water to keep from drying out.
Optional- Drizzle some honey directly on cooked
boba to sweeten. One or two swirl of honey
should be sufficient.
