Preheat oven to 350F. Flour pork chops and sprinkle with salt
and pepper, then brown lightly in olive oil that has been
preheated in skillet. Place in casserole and to the drippings in
pan, add the other ingredients. Pour over chops, cover and
bake for 1/2 hour, then turn oven off and let it sit for another
1/2 hour.
