PEPPER. COOK 3-5 MINUTES. PUT ONIONS IN A BOWL. HEAT REMAINING OLIVE
OIL AND BUTTER ON MED/LOW. ADD GARLIC. COOK 2-3 MIN. ADD SHRIMP
BEING CAREFUL NOT TO OVERCOOK. SEASON WITH SALT AND PEPPER. REMOVE
FROM HEAT AND PLACE IN BOWL. THROW ONIONS BACK IN PAN AND ADD GREEN
ONIONS, PARSLEY, LEMON ZEST AND LEMON JUICE. ONCE COMBINED ADD
SHRIMP. MIX EVERYTHING TOGETHER AND SPRINKLE FRESH LEMON OVER
