3 c. sweet potatoes cooked, mashed

2 eggs, well beaten

1 & 1/2 c. milk

1 Tbsp vanilla

1/2 tsp salt

1 c. white sugar

1/3 stick butter
|
|

Instructions |

|
|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients in large bowl and
then pour into a 9x13 casserole dish
|
|
|
|
Make topping with 1 c. light brown sugar and 2/3 c. melted butter.
Mix together and scatter onto casserole.
|
|
|
|
Cover and bake for 30 minutes
|
|
