|

3/4 tsp kosher salt

1 cup greek non fat yogurt

1 egg

Instructions |

|
Preheat oven 375. Line with parchment. Spray with oil.
|

|
Combine flour, baking powder and salt. Whisk well.
|
|
|
Add yogurt and mix with a fork. Knead dough on floured surface. Divide into four balls and roll into 3/4 inch thick ropes. Join end to form bagels.
|
|
|
Top with egg wash and toppings. Bake 25 minutes.
