     Ingrid’s Cæsar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup mayo
1/4 cup oil
3 Tablespoons parmesan
2 Tablespoons blue cheese salad dressing (I use each and Parmesan or old cheddar)
1 Tablespoon rice vinegar
3 cloves garlic, chopped or minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
4 dashes Worcestershire sauce
 
2 dashes hot pepper sauce

Instructions
Beat all ingredients together in a blender. Refrigerate for 4 hours before use. Yum! And it doesn’t use anchovies. Even better!
Serving Suggestions
Everyone likes this except Jack. If I remember correctly this was heavy on the garlic. I can probably half the garlic.
