     Chuck's Brisket Rub

Ingredients
2 Tablespoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons paprika
2 teaspoons black pepper
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon oregano leaves, dried
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon granulated garlic
 

Instructions
Double or triple this depending on the size of brisket! -Mix all ingredients in a bowl. -Prepare meat surface by rubbing with oil, before rub. -Apply rub 2-4 hours before cooking.(I have done this with out the 2-4 hours . -
