     Roast Turkey Stuffing

Ingredients
12 cups coarse bread crumbs
2 medium onions, chopped
2 cups diced celery including the leaves
1 1/2 cups butter
2 teaspoons salt
2 Tablespoons dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon pepper
2 Tablespoons poultry seasoning
2 teaspoons sage
 
1 teaspoon celery seed (I think I used celery salt)
1 cup hot water

Instructions
Cook onion and celery over low heat. Stir occasionally, cook until the onion is soft. Add seasonings.
Add to the bread crumbs. Gradually add water as needed. Stir lightly.
This recipe makes enough for a 30lb Turkey. Place stuffing in a foil pan. Cover and bake for 1 hour at 350.

This is a delicious basic stuffing recipe for turkey dinners.
