Beat cream cheese at medium speed of an
electric mixer until creamy, gradually add
sugar and extract, beating well. Stir one-
fourth of whipped cream into cream cheese
mixture; fold in remaining whipped cream.Spoon
mixture into pastry shell. Arrange strawberries
stem side down,over whipped cream mixture.
Cover and chill 3 hours.
Melt chocolate and butter in a small heavy
saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat, and cool.
Spoon melted chocolate into ziploc bag. Snip a
tiny hole in one corner of bag. Right before
serving, pipe chocolate mixture in a decorative
design over strawberries.
