Peanut Sauce-
Combine chicken broth, peanut butter, 1 Tbsp Sriracha, honey, 2 Tbsp soy sauce, 1 Tbsp ginger, 2 garlic cloves in a small saucepan and simmer over medium-low heat stirring occasionally until sauce become smooth and well blended, about 5-10 minutes; set aside.
Boil water for the noodles and cook according to package instructions.
Season chicken with salt and pepper, 1 Tbsp Sriracha, lime juice, 2 garlic cloves, 1 Tbsp ginger and 1 Tbsp soy sauce.
Heat sesame oil in large wok and cook chicken til heated. Add carrots, green onion and bean sprouts cooking until tender.
Toss noodles with peanut sauce. Add noodles to chicken mixture and toss.

Serve garnished with crushed peanuts, cilantro and lime wedge.
