     Bagnet Vert Butter

1/2c (1 stick) of salted butter, softened
1 anchovy fillet
2Tb fresh parsley, roughly chopped
2Tb fresh basil, roughly chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2ts lemon zest
Dash of red wine vinegar
Thumb size amount of a serrano chile
2T bread crumbs
Fresh crusty bread

Add all ingredients in a blender, except salt, pepper, EVOO and bread. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add in EVOO to blend the butter better. Serve with bread.
