     Sour Dough Bread

Category   Desserts - Breads
Sub Category   None
Servings   2 loafs
Preptime   24 hours

Ingredients
3/4 Cup Sour dough starter
3 Cups Flour
1-1/2 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 Tablespoon honey
1 Cup Water

Instructions
Take 3/4 cup of sourdough bread starter out 24 hours before we want to bake the bread. In a separate bowl, combine 1/2 cup of flour and 1/2 cup of water, mix well, and add back to the main container of starter. Put the starter back into the fridge and place the 3/4 cup of starter on the counter to get to room temp.
Put all ingredients into the mixing bowl (make sure the salt is not put directly onto the starter). Mix well.
Leave in mixing bowl and seal with cling wrap. Allow to sit for 14-16 hours. Place dishes on top of fridge for that time since it is a little warmer up there. Try not to handle the dough too much.
Preheat oven to 425 for around half an hour. Butter pan and dust with flour. Make relief cuts on the top of the bread with a sharp knife. Bake for 30-45 minutes.
