1 Roasted Chicken or 3 cooked Chicken Breasts shredded

16 oz Chicken Broth (stock)

1 can Sweet Corn-drained
|
|
1 can Black Beans - drained
|
|
1 can Kidney Beans or Pinto Beans - drained
|

1 can Dark Kidney Beans - drained
|
|
2 cans Fire Roasted Diced Tomatoes
|
|
1 packet Ranch Dressing
|
|
1 packet Taco Mix
|
|
|
|
(Optional) mild salsa, green salsa, green chilis - to taste
|
|
(Optional) 1/4 cup of white wine, or beer
|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Cook the chicken breasts then shred.
If using Roasted chicken, simply shred
|
|
|
Place all ingredients in a Slow cooker and cook on
high for 2 hours or low 4 hours.
Also can be cooked in a stock pot on medium low
for about 2 hours.
|

This is a great recipe for mixing things up and
adding whatever your taste buds like.
