Season steak with s/p/garlic, EVOO
High heat - cook rare or medium
Sauce- Skillet heat EVOO and garlic. Add grape tomatoes and cook until blister.

Add Marsala wine, peppers, mushrooms, and demi glace. Cook to a boil.
Place steak in pan with sauce and cook about 2 mns Remove steak and add butter to complete the sauce. Pour over steak.
