     Strawberry Cake

Ingredients
1 Package White Cake Mix
1 Package Strawberry Jell-O
1 Cup Oil
1/2 Cup Water
4 Eggs
1 Cup Frozen Strawberries
1 Cup Shredded Coconut
1 Cup Pecans, chopped
Frosting-
 
1 Stick Oleomargarine (not butter)
1 Box Powdered Sugar
1/2 Cup Strawberries
1/2 Cup Shredded Coconut
1/2 Cup Pecans, chopped

Instructions
Mix dry cake mix with dry strawberry Jell-o. Mix in water and oil, then mix in add eggs one at a time. Stir in frozen strawberries, coconut, pecans. Mix well.
Pour into three greased and floured layer cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or until done.
Blend together the Frosting ingredients. Stack cake layers by spreading a thin layer of frosting between each layer of cake.
Spread remaining frosting on sides and top of cake.
