     MOUSSE DE MARACUYA

Ingredients
250 Gramos de pulpa de Maracuya
1 1/2 taza de agua
1 1/4 taza de azucar
1 Sobre gelatina sin sabor
2 claras de huevo
 
Instructions
En una olla agregar la mitad del maracuya mars la mitad del azucar mas la gelatinasin sabor cuando hierve se retira del fuego.
Se baten la claras de huevo a punto de nieve. Se le agrega el resto del maracuya y agua a la mezcla del maracuya
Se envuelven las claras con el maracuya
