Sprinkle yeast on hot water, add sugar, salt &
oil. Let rest for 5 minutes. Add flour and mix.
Knead with mixer for at least 10 minutes. Cover
for 10 minutes. Punch down. Let rise 10 minutes
and punch down. Do this 3 or 4 times. Punch
down and divide dough into 3 large rounds.
Place rounds on 3 individual cookies sheets.
Slash top and let rise until double. Bake 30
minutes at 400 degrees.
