     Stuffed Peppers

Ingredients
1/2 c. uncooked quinoa
2 c. salsa
3/4 t. salt
1 t. cumin
1 t. garlic powder
1 (14 oz) can of black beans
4 bell pepper
Grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. of hamburger
 

Instructions
Hollow out the pepper. In a bowl stir together the quinoa, salsa, salt, cumin, garlic powder and beans. Place a scoop of quinoa mixture into each bell pepper halve. Cover slow cooker and cook on HIGH for 3 hours or on LOW for about 5 hours.
