Preheat over to 350 degrees. Spread the coconut and oats
on a large baking sheet —two sheets works better. Bake for
10 mins or until lightly browned and toasted, stirring often.
While coconut and oats cool, mix the flour baking soda, and
salt. Cream the butter and sugar together in a separate,
large bowl at medium speed for on minute. Add the eggs
and vanilla to butter mixture and beat util mixed; beat in the
milk. Stir in the flour mixture, then the coconuts and oats.
Refrigerate if necessary. Drop dough onto greased cookie
sheets. Bake for 9-10 mins or until set or highly browned.
