     Brunch Casserole

Ingredients
8oz-12oz cheddar cheese-grated
2 cups HAM, SAUSAGE, or BACON - cut-up
16 slices bread - crust cut off
1 cup corn flakes
6 eggs
3 cups milk
1 tsp dry mustrard
 
350 uncovered 1 hour

Instructions
Greased 9x13 pan with butter. Place 8 slices crust-less bread in dish. Layer meat. Sprinkle grated cheese on top. Another layer of 8 slices bread.
Combine eggs, milk, mustard. Beat until frothy. Pour over mixture- bread and meat. Make sure it is soaked. Cover tightly and refrigerate overnight.
Next day, melt butter and corn flakes. Sprinkle on top.
